I read your report with the pictures carefully, and surely understood what you mean.
We would like to explain this matters.

For this product, there are some points which are required to understand.

1) Every hair style is designed & made to look best by factory default.

It means, for example, two tails style (like "poodle" in this case) is designed and made just for its appearance.
It is not available to enjoy changing style.
Could you imagine any other dolls which have fixed default hair style like updo?
To show this style most naturally, manufacturer DO NOT root the hair on whole surface of the doll head. If it is fully rooted, it will look too thick when the hair is tied up.
That is the reason why this work is remaining un-rooted space.

2) Re-born momoko's head is made by re-rooting hair, therefore it cannot avoid remaining previous hair holes on surface of the head.

Sometimes it could be easy to notice, so if there are conspicuous holes, the doll head might be used for the style which has tail(s), because the head surface can be fully covered with hair in this style.


Unfortunately, we cannot provide its replacement since it was a custom made article.
The solution for this matter which we can suggest to your customer is re-styling.
We would like to ask for doing up the hair again as it was done.

Так, ясно. В принципе, возразить нечего. А ты им написала, что цвет мля не тот? И что это уже не исправить, при всём твоём уважении?

Герцогиня Дюк честно говоря - нет . Просто у меня нет нареканий по цвету - да, не тот, но тот, что сделали, идёт кукле гораздо больше. Когда я увидела куклу в коробке, я сначала удивилась, а потом обрадовалась даже.
Ещё был случай в этот раз: другой девочке прислали куклу с розовыми волосами, хотя она заказывала "peach". Но они эту претензию отклонили, сказали что у них персики розовые .

Если б они не сделали дыру в голове, я бы и не переживала - допрошила бы и всё. Блин, ну там такая дыра из-за частой прошивки... Кукла испорчена, и вина их, так какого хрена они пишут какую-то фигню?
